You can simply get to the “Join membership” page in this website and fill in your details. You can then select the number of persons in the family that you want to subscribe to this membership then press the submit button and your initial step is done.

One of the auto reply emails will direct you on how to settle your first payment and your membership will be approved. 

Another email requesting you to upload copies of I.Ds, Birth certificates, passport sized photos of the beneficiaries will be sent to you and your membership database set up will be finalized.

 

With this membership, the members subscribed will not be required to pay for health services during the hospital visits. All the outpatient services offered at Canspi Hospital are provided to the members of the registered families including the following:

  • Dental and optical services.
  • Doctor’s consultations.
  • Immunizations/ vaccinations.
  • physiotherapy services.

Since the membership is centered in the family unit, all services currently being offered at Canspi Hospital are covered.

All the outpatient health services will be catered without you being required to pay for the services.

The membership is designed solely for the family unit.

The membership fee is normally due before 10th of every month.

In case one may need to cancel a subscription, unsubscribe option can work or writing an email to us via unsubscribe@ canspi.org.

Also when a membership lays dormant for more than 30 days, it is considered inactive.
