4. Use good fats as part of your diet


Avocados and eggs are simple choices you can add to any meal as you replace the carbohydrate serving.

5. Eat nuts and seeds

They are rich in magnesium and fibres like those from peanuts, almonds,macadamia. A handful is just enough instead of a cake or other starch based snack.

6. Get on the move


Incorporate 20 to 30 minutes walk in your busy schedule.It could be easier than a gym depending on your lifestyle.
